All orders are purchased in Euros (€) and include VAT, excluding shipping costs, which will be added to the total cost of the order, depending on item and delivery location

As soon as you have received your 'Dispatch Confirmation' email from us with your tracking number, you will know it has left our warehouse on this date.

Please note, all shipments are collected around 6pm, so the tracking number will not show any movement before this time (6pm GMT) as the orders would not have been scanned out of our warehouse and into first location on route to you.

You will receive an automated tracking number by email. These can, on occasion, get accidentally filtered to spam boxes so make sure that you check your settings.
 

Taxes & Duties

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

The price listed on the website includes V.A.T. The final purchase price in the E.U. includes the cost of the goods, V.A.T. and delivery charges but not any other relevant import, export or local taxes that are relevant to you the purchaser. These are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you place your order.

Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

 

Delivery

Orders will be delivered at the address provided by the Buyer as soon as possible: within 3 to 5 working days for deliveries inside the EU and within 5 to 14 days for countries outside the EU, always subject to stock availability.

We do not have our own logistic company, FULL MOONRISE hires a delivery service therefore we do not make ourselves responsibles for any delays or complications in the delivery of your purchase.
A delivery delay of your order will, under no circumstance, justify any claim for damages, present or future, direct or indirect.

Once your order has been confirmed, it's not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please contact us at info@fullmoonrise.com if you have placed an order incorrectly and we will cancel the order, allowing you to re-order the correct items. Meanwhile the customer has a right of withdrawal within 24 hrs maximum.

Returns

Before you send your items back to us you need to send an e-mail to info@fullmoonrise.com
You will then recieve return instructions by e-mail. Do not ship anything without contacting us first, as this may lead to longer handling time and delayed refunding. Remember to indicate if you would rather exchange the goods or receive a refund. Please note that all refunds will be made to the credit card originally used.

If you are not happy with your purchase just return it to us, in its original and unworn condition, within 14 days of receipt and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price.

Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage and that you clearly label your parcel as return. Failure to do so may incur further handling and customs fees which are sole responsibility of the customer.

FULL MOONRISE will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.

Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.

Please note – mark returned packages as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ – this helps us avoid unnecessary customs charges and speeds up the returns process.

Returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be unused and in the relevant packaging where ever possible. Garment labels should not be removed. Except in the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, where your statutory rights apply.

Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred).

 

Stock availability

In the unlikely event that something that has been ordered is out of stock we will part–ship and give you the option of a refund/exchange on the outstanding item/ items or the option of having the item charged to you and then sent on when it comes into stock if this can be possible within a reasonable amount of time.

The products listed on the site are limited in quantity. If your order is out of stock at the time of purchase we will contact you as quickly as possible with your options.

Products displayed on this website are available while stocks permit and can be removed without any prior notice. The pricing and descriptions of products can also be amended at any point without notice being given. We aim to display the colours of our clothes as accurately as possible, however as resolution, print methods and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed the accuracy of colours cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that upon placing an order through the site, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that FULL MOONRISE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, FULL MOONRISE shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
