If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return or exchange your order, you can do it within 15 days from receipt of the product previous notice by email to info@fullmoonrise.com, with the exception if the product is damaged or has been used, in this case the return must be prepaid, to the address we will indicate you previosly.

If the return was by product defect, Full Moonrise will take care of the costs and will forward a new product with the same characteristics.
